Refund and Returns Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds once an order has been placed.

Customers are responsible for reviewing their order carefully, including product selection and shipping information, before completing their purchase.


DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

We only offer replacements for products that arrive damaged or defective.

To be eligible for a replacement, you must:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photo or video evidence of the issue, including the product and packaging

  • Retain the product and packaging for verification

We reserve the right to request the return of the defective item before issuing a replacement.

Claims that do not meet these requirements may be denied.


LOST, STOLEN, OR DELIVERED PACKAGES

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered packages.

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you did not receive your package, you must contact the shipping carrier directly to resolve the issue.

We do not issue refunds or replacements for packages marked as delivered.


INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

Orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer are not eligible for refunds.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for any reshipping fees.

We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.


ORDER ISSUES & SUPPORT

If you experience any issues with your order, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Failure to report issues within this timeframe may result in denial of your claim.


CHARGEBACK POLICY

By completing a purchase, you agree not to initiate a chargeback for valid transactions.

All chargebacks are thoroughly investigated. We will submit evidence including, but not limited to:

  • Order confirmation details

  • Billing and shipping information

  • Tracking confirmation showing delivery

  • Customer communications

  • Any available proof of product use or condition

Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may be reported and may result in permanent restriction from future purchases.
